Reinicia't program encourages employers to risk



Pushing employers and trade unions, together with the Department of Enterprise and Employment of the Generalitat, a program aimed at entrepreneurs who have been affected by the crisis and encouraging them to return to take risks and develop a new project to create employment.



Named for 'Reinicia't', the program aims to improve public awareness of business failure and help entrepreneurs with experience failed to gain the confidence to try again.



Sponsoring entities - the employer and Pimec Cecot, and labor federations tied to the UGT and CCOO - provide support and legal and socio-economic to carry out a feasibility study and re-entering the workforce.



Among other actions, will develop a program of events throughout the Catalan territory to which 1,500 people are expected to attend.



The program is geared especially to the unemployed who have been discharged as self-employed or employers, who have closed their business or in a position opens.



Catalonia has lost the last three years, something less than 300,000 self-employed and SMEs, of which about half have abandoned their activity due to general economic downturn and management problems.
